Turkish Lecture Series
The Turkish Lecture is presented by Emory University’s Halle Institute for Global Research and Learning in partnership with ATFC. In 2026, the series marked its 25th anniversary with guest speaker Selim S. Kuru of the University of Washington.
Past speakers have included Elif Batuman, Ali Çarkoğlu, and Christine Philliou, with topics spanning business, trade, history, politics, literature, and culture.
