The American Turkish Friendship Council (ATFC) was founded in 2005 by Mona Diamond, Turkish Honorary Consul General of Georgia. The ATFC is committed to building relationships and mutual understanding between the citizens of the United States and The Republic of Turkey.

The American Turkish Friendship Council (ATFC) was founded as a Not-for-Profit 501(c) (3) organization in 2005 by Mona Diamond, Turkish Honorary Consul General of Georgia. The ATFC is committed to building relationships and mutual understanding between the citizens of the United States and The Republic of Turkey.

 

ATFC Mission:

The American Turkish Friendship Council's mission is to promote and expand educational, economic, and humanitarian relationships between the United States and the Republic of Turkey. 

 

ATFC Objectives:

Our primary objectives are:

  • Increase cultural awareness and knowledge
  • Facilitate business connections
  • Support humanitarian efforts.

Our Founder: Mona Diamond PDF Print E-mail
In 2005, Mona Diamond became the Turkish Honorary Consul General for the State of Georgia. In the same year, she founded and became Chairman of the American Turkish Friendship Council.
